About Spouse Fees:

For registration purposes, a spouse will be defined as a wife, husband, girlfriend, or boyfriend accompanying one who has registered as a main delegate.

Spouses are not entitled to have their own One-on-One Meeting Scheduler.

Shortly after registering, an invoice will be emailed to the address you provided during registration.

PARTNER PAY IS THE PREFERRED PAYMENT METHOD

Discount: Applicable for payments made through Partner Pay only - USD 50 discount (per registered delegate) will be credited to your Partner Pay account immediately after the conference.  Applicable when paying normal conference prices only.  Not applicable to spouses.

You will not be able to use the online Scheduler to make appointments until payment has been received.

Failure to cancel any Registrations, Participating Guests, or Spouses
