Please note the following information because we have updated the way we operate booth and sponsorship reservations for this conference.

1. BOOTH and SPONSORSHIP packages will be open for reservations on Thursday, 22 September 2022, at 16:00 hrs (BKK time)
2. WCAworld does not accept advanced reservations for booths or sponsorship packages in order to ensure that all members have equal opportunity to reserve the booth location or sponsorship packages of their choice.
   
3. Due to the cancellation of the WCAworldwide Macau 2020 event due to Covid-19, we have maintained booth reservations of members who made payment to WCAworld and kept their payments with us to maintain the same or similar booth locations as in Macau 2020.  This is the reason why there are many booths already reserved in the below floor plan.
