Your registration will not be complete until full prepayment for the conference fees have been received. In order to guarantee your attendance please ensure that you pay your conference fees immediately.

Delegate Fee Includes:  Team Building activities (pre-registration required), access to the online One-on-One Meeting Scheduler and all events and functions as appear in the Conference Agenda.

Spouse Fee Includes:  Buffet Lunches and Coffee Breaks on conference days, Welcome Cocktail Reception, and Gala Dinner / Rave Party.

Registration Cut-Off:  Friday, 15 September 2023, at 17:00 hrs Bangkok Time (GMT+7).

Cancellation Deadline: Friday, 15 September 2023, at 17:00 hrs Bangkok Time (GMT+7).

Payment Deadline: Immediately after receipt of invoice. You can also use the Order Confirmation to make payment while waiting for an official invoice to be sent to you from our accounting department. Your conference registration will not be completed until payment has been received by WCAworld.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Failure to Cancel your conference registration within Friday, 15 September 2023, at 17:00 hrs Bangkok Time (GMT+7), will result in 100% cancellation fees.
• 100% refund if cancelled within Friday, 15 September 2023, at 17:00 hrs Bangkok Time (GMT+7).
• To CANCEL your participation at any time, please send an email to conference@globalaffinityalliance.com

• An Invoice will be sent to you shortly after registration (within one working day), however we recommend you to make payment immediately by Credit Card or Partner Pay to secure your conference registration.
• Payment by Bank Transfer, Credit Card, or Partner Pay are accepted.
• You will not be officially registered or have access to the One-on-One Meetings Scheduler until payment has been received. We will not update your details on the Conference Attendee List until payment has been received.
